Tour Description

This tour will make you live a true Tuscan cooking experience in the heart of Chianti.

It will take you to the kitchen of a bio-dynamic winery, using products from its own garden near the famous town of San Gimignano.

Before starting to cook, we will visit the farm’s wine cellar, where you will receive a complete explanation of how they make their bio-dynamic wines and ending with a tasting of 3 different wines.

The chef will guide you in preparing a complete and delicious Tuscan meal,while learning the techniques of making home pasta, sauces and much more.

Our focus in this course is to teach you how to make pasta, heart and soul of traditional Italian cuisine, (with or without eggs) in different shapes and sizes.

Taking inspiration from the wide range of possibilities, this course focuses on some well-known and well-loved recipes within the Tuscan repertoire. Here you can learn the fundamentals of pastry-making, vegetables, and desserts that will not weigh you down!

We will teach you the importance of fresh, high-quality ingredients when cooking and creating dishes from scratch.

The delicacies featured in this course are dishes that have been prepared in Italian households for centuries.

Once the preparation of the lunch is finished, you will sit down to eat everything you have prepared accompanied by the best winery wines.
