Tour Description

Tuk Tuks (your very own that you learn to drive), elephants, rafting and remote mountainside Temples - what more could you want from a one day adventure in Chiang Mai?

Starting with a pick up from your hotel we transfer you directly to the Tuk Tuk training center where you'll undergo and intensive and detailed training course (off road of course).

Our experienced and friendly training team cover all areas of driving and give plenty of time and personal attention to get you up to speed with these great little vehicles.

Then we're off exploring tiny rural lanes, passing through small farming communities and visiting a fascinating remote hillside Temple with great views over the local area.

Winding our way onward, we have lunch at a small and very progressive elephant home where you'll learn about the history of the home and their elephants.

Then you will have the opportunity to walk with them through the fields to the local river where you can then help their mahouts bathe them.

Once the elephants are clear the action isn't over! We float gently downstream on bamboo rafts seeing the countryside from a very different perspective.

Finally we have make our way back by Tuk Tuk to the training center before transferring to a private minivan to head back to Chiang Mai city.

Arriving back at your hotel between 5 pm and 6 pm after an action packed and memorable day immersed in the heart of the Chiang Mai countryside.
